Are you Listening?

Psalm 66: 18

If I had not confessed the sin in my heart, my Lord would not have listened.

Is it only me, or does God seem silent at times?

Maybe that’s the time we should begin asking some questions while we pray.

There are times when we’re just not going to hear from God.

Job, was well acquainted with a God that seemed very silent.

Maybe during quiet times, we should look within.

Maybe when God seems distant and quiet, we should look deep within our own souls.

Maybe some of the questions that should be asked, are…

Do I have a wrong motive in my walk with Jesus?

Is there something I obviously love, more than God?

When we start hearing from God again, we should first off, ask Him for forgiveness.

I don’t know about a single soul, that became undone by being honest with God.

Restoration in fellowship with God, is a beautiful thing.

There’s no obligation for God to answer us, but He sure does love us…
