Test Everything!

1 Thessalonians 5: 22

Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil.

 

There will be situations that will come in the New Year, that must be tested.

Paul was not talking about what felt good—he was talking about what is good.

Good in the Father’s eyes.

 

The enemy will bring deception and he will package it in such a way, that will look appetizing.

Those are the things that Paul said we should avoid.

 

Should we avoid EVERY kind of evil?

It sure seems like that would be the case.

 

Good things come from God.

Those are the things that we should hold on to.
