Luke 1: 76 -78
And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Most
High; for you will go before the Lord to prepare his
ways,
to give knowledge of salvation to his people in the
forgiveness of their sins, because of the tender mercy of our
God,
whereby the sunrise shall visit us from on high to give light to those who sit in darkness…
whereby the sunrise shall visit us from on high to give light to those who sit in darkness…
I
love getting away and taking a break from everyday
life.
I
tried to use moments during the 2015 deer hunt, to grasp the deeper moments and
meaning of life.
Do
you reflect on God, when you’re alone in the quiet?
Do
you take reflective opportunities, or is your life too much of a jumbled
mess?
A sunrise was a reminder of how great God is, and how insignificant I really
am.
Apparently, I was significant enough for Him, to have Him share
it with me, though.
In
the midst of the darkness there is everywhere in the world, let’s not forget the
sunrises He allows to visit our lives.
He
came to give us light, and that light is able to dispel any darkness no matter
just how dark it is…
