Luke 16: 15
He
said to them, "You are the ones
who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows
your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable
in God's sight.”
God
knows our hearts, and He knows what needs to change.
Is
there anything that needs to change in your heart?
Even
people in the church, value things that God does not value.
Detestable
is a pretty harsh word.
Take
money for example, we seem to be more impressed with it, than God is.
Not
that money is bad per say, but who needs money to justify ourselves with God?
